 Egg Curry   Ingredients: - 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved - 2 onions, finely chopped - 2 tomatoes, finely chopped - 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise (adjust to taste) - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1-inch piece of ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala - Salt to taste - 2 tablespoons oil - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions : 1. **Prepare the eggs:** - Boil the eggs until they're hard-boiled.
